Simply Pure was created to bring healthier products into our homes. After a lot of research, we found that the products we had been using on a day-to-day basis were loaded with chemicals to which our bodies were never meant to be exposed. We dug deeper and found that many of the chemicals in the products we were using were found to cause many different illnesses and disorders—even cancer. We embarked on a journey to make products that we could feel safe about using for ourselves and our families. What we discovered along the way was that the products we were making were not only safe—they were far superior to anything we could find at a store.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We do not accept returns. Because of the nature of our products—it would be unsanitary to do so. However, if there is ever an issue or you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason—we will be glad to discuss an acceptable resolution. Simply Pure works to resolve issues in a timely manner and with the highest degree of customer satisfaction possible.
Your order can be canceled only if it has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped—we can only accept unopened packages as returns. If the package has been opened or tampered with in any way—we are unable to issue a refund.
