Our hair is dead and dries easily. It doesn't soak up vitamins and use them like our skin does. Different vitamins do help with a better appearance, but the oils will be soaked up like a sponge. The oil will help moisturize dry hair and help maintain normal, healthy hair.
Use a very small amount of this oil-about the size of a dime. Rub it in your hands. Your hands should have a thin sheen on them. Clasp your hair from the earlobes down and pull through your hair. The goal is to feed your hair what it needs.
