Shipping Information:
All products are shipped within two to three business days once we receive your order.
Simply Pure Products reserves the right to charge additional shipping to any international order, to cover any and all obvious or unseen shipping costs.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Because of the nature of our products, we ask that you call before you return anything to our showroom. If there is ever an issue or you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, we will be glad to discuss an acceptable resolution. Simply Pure works to resolve issues in a timely manner and with the highest degree of customer satisfaction possible.
Your order can be canceled only if it has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped-we can only accept unopened packages as returns. If the package has been opened or tampered with in any way-we are unable to issue a refund.
If a refund is in order, it must be within 30 days of purchase.
